Dong Tao Chicken is a type of chicken with sweet and firm meat, thick and crispy skin, and no fat layer under skin. Raw materials:

  • Citronella: 300 grams
  • Lemon leaf: 5 leaves
  • Fresh lemon: 5 lemons
  • Chili: 2 chilies
  • Chicken seasoning: 10 grams
  • Sugar: 50 grams
  • Monosodium glutamate: 5 grams.

Cooking:

Step 1: Cleaning chicken bowels and boiling them and dipping chicken skin in hot water so that it is done to a turn. Well done chicken skin will be tough.
