Raw materials:

Beef: 200 grams

2 potatoes, 1 tomato, 1 green pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, seasoning, sugar.


Wash and cut beef into pieces. Aromatize beef with ¼ of a coffee-spoon of salt, pepper, crushed garlic. Mix them and leave them in about 15 minutes so that beef absorbs spices. Cut green pepper into long pieces of 1 centimeter in thickness vertically along its length. Wash tomato and cut it into segments. Peel, wash and cut potatoes into small edible pieces and leave them to drain.

Stir-fry beef deliciously

Fry potatoes twice so that they are crispy, then put them on a plate. Pour a little oil into the pan, and heat it. Stir-fry crushed garlic and put beef in the pan. Do not mix beef but spread it on the surface of the pan so that it is a little burnt on high heat. When beef is shrinking, put it back in the bowl of spices used to aromatize. Eat this dish when it is still hot.
